Application: Suitable for horizontal formwork, shear wall, vertical wallboard, bridge, viaduct, dam, tunnel, subway and beam-pile formwork in building construction.

Advantage:            

1. High strength and good toughness. The static bending strength of the board runs as high as 8-10 times the wood strength and 4-5 times the plywood strength, which can reduce the  formwork support amount used.

2. Green bamboo, which is widely used in many aspects and has become the replacement of the wood board. Because bamboo is easy to cultivate and grows into forest fast. We can fell the great bamboo in 3 to 5 years.

3. Wide breadth, few joints, plate base size is 2.44 *1.22m, equivalent to 6.6 pieces of 1.5m *0.3m steel formwork area and support and form removal fast.

4. Compared with the construction formwork, with the features of abrasion resistance, surface crack resistance and no layer, the surface of bamboo plywood is not only compact and smooth, but also easy to get out of the concrete surface and easy to demould. The adsorptive force of bamboo plywood clad with formwork to concrete is only one eighth of that of steel formwork, and the surface of concrete is smooth and smooth after demoulding, which can shorten the time of decoration work.

5. It is a convenient process during the production of Supporting formwork and can be sawed and nailed, especially for the construction of arc-shaped and special-shaped concrete body.   

6. Antiseptic and moth-proof, good resistance to water. Boiling for 3 hours with high glue-intensity. There is no distortion on the slab when it becomes damp in the course of concrete curing.   

7. The thermal conductivity is 0.14-0.14w/m.k, which is much smaller than that of steel formwork. This is conducive to thermal insulation in winter construction.  

8. Bamboo plywood is economical and can be used frequently. Both sides can be repeatedly used for about ten times .
